Francis Howell School District

Rene provides fiscal responsibility for $217 million budget. She is responsible for strategy and framework for a school district of over 17,000 students, 2400 employees and 28 buildings. She works with local and federal elected officials on public education issues. Engages my passion for education and leadership in an environment that helps our students, teachers and administrators thrive to their highest potential.

She currently provides strategic planning for all international trade activities for Boeing's Training Systems and Government Services Division. Import and Export including ITAR and EAR. Responsible for global strategy, including developing action plans and execution strategies to secure new and maintain current international business. Manage large scale projects, meeting established deadlines and budget. Lead multifunction integration; working with Program Management, Business Development, Supplier Management, Global Trade Controls, and Human Resources to develop opportunities and mitigate risks in global trade for over 25 TSGS Programs. Design and implement a training strategy for approximately 3,000 TSGS employees with regards to international trade compliance and how to look for untapped opportunities. Establish and main strong relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports by increasing communication and focusing on root deliverables and deadlines. Present executive level briefings and metrics communicating international strategy, opportunity and risk mitigation.
