Dr. Kevin Carl, Superintendent

Hancock Place School District

Dr. Kevin Carl took the reins as Superintendent July 1, 2011 of the Hancock Place School District, home to approximately 1,550 students.

Prior, Dr. Carl has served the 6,600 students in the Northwest district as the assistant superintendent for funds and facilities and as a middle school principal. Dr. Carl holds a doctorate in education from Saint Louis University, a Master's degree in education in educational administration from the University of Missouri—St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics education from Maryville University—St. Louis. 

Dr. Carl began his career as a math and reading teacher in the Pattonville School District and later was an assistant principal and principal in the St. Charles School District.
