Karen Schuster, School Board President, Lindbergh Schools
Karen recently was re-elected to her third term on the Lindbergh Schools Board of Education, where she serves as board president. In April 2018, was recognized with the Lindbergh Leader Award, Lindbergh Schools’ highest honor for service to the school district and community.
She began her career with Ernst & Young, a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services in 1991. She joined Southwest Bank of St. Louis in January 1996 as the Director of Internal Audit & Compliance. In her 15+ years with Southwest Bank, now M&I, a part of BMO Financial Group, her roles also included branch manager and business banker. In August 2011, she assumed the role of executive director for the St. Louis Society for the Physically Disabled.
