Funding Crisis in Illinois

Illinois public schools are in crisis! The State of Illinois has not been able to arrive at a budget that would fund Illinois public schools, resulting in schools across Illinois to close their doors if they don’t receive state funding.  Many school districts are looking to alternative revenue sources in order to keep their doors open. To provide expert insight into this crisis are area superintendents who can share the realities that they are facing and the impact that families will be facing.
