Results oriented with strong personal character, outstanding presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The proven ability to lead teams, deliver results under pressure, engage audiences and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Early exposure to leadership and management opportunities in the United States Marine Corps and the St. Louis Police Department developed my leadership skills, keen attention to details, and the ability to effectively communicate with business leaders, the general public, and internal personnel, to focus on and achieve organizational goals.
Currently, Mr. Glenn is Commander of Training & Special Projects, Emergency management coordinator tasked with the development of the Emergency Operation Plan (EOP) for the district as well as the oversight of the EOP for each of the 80 schools in the District. Including Threat and Risk Analysis, Training commander for the Safety & Security Department. Developed a leadership development program to enhance the knowledge, skills, and ability of midlevel supervisory personnel.
